MAMARONECK, N.Y. -- An unknown suspect reportedly stole a white 2010 Mercedez-Benz S550, worth $90,000, from the Mercedez-Benz of Larchmont lot, said Lt. Robert Koziak of the Town of Mamaroneck Police Department.
A Mercedez-Benz of Larchmont employee reported the theft around 8:20 a.m. Sept. 30 after noticing the chain on the fence had been cut. The last time it had been seen was the previous night around 7 p.m.
Employees took an inventory of their lot, which confirmed the car was missing. The case is under investigation. The suspect is described as a black female. Second-degree grand larceny is a class "C" felony.
