LARCHMONT, N.Y. – The Friends of the Larchmont Library recently held its 3rd annual spelling bee for adults and teens.
Larchmont resident Lou Young, CBS-TV Channel 2 News reporter, served as master of ceremonies for the April 19 event.
“It's especially exciting to participate in an event that focuses our attention on the Library, a place dedicated to the accumulation and organization of knowledge in an age that seems to balance on the brink of information chaos,” Young said in a press release.
Houlihan Lawrence and Ray Catena Lexus of Larchmont were the corporate sponsors of the Larchmont Spelling Bee. For more on Ray Catena's sponsorship, click here.
