New York Yankees legend Mariano Rivera will be one of several guest speakers at Family University, an informal session for students, parents and caregivers presented by the New Rochelle High School PTSA. The event is part of an ongoing effort to educate and inform middle and high school students as well as parents and caregivers on important mental health and social media issues affecting young people.

During his speech, Rivera is expected to discuss his personal journey as a bullied child to the first unanimous MLB Hall of Fame inductee. The event is scheduled to begin at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, March 27 at the New Rochelle High School.

Other speakers include bestselling author Bobby Petrocelli, speaker Stephanie Humphrey and family life coach Joshua Wayne.
