Larchmont Resident Colette Lopane Opens Mental Health Practice

LARCHMONT, N.Y. -- Colette Lopane is founder and director of the Larchmont-based private practice New Day Vitality, which she opened earlier this year.

Lopane is a licensed mental health counselor, specializing in children and adolescents. With more than 15 years experience as a licensed mental health counselor and as a graduate of Iona College specializing in cognitive behavior therapy,dialectical behavior therapy, she is currently serving as a private practitioner working with a broad spectrum of clients.

Lopane works with people battling eating disorders, ADHD, depression, anxiety with children and young adults. She offers individual, group, family and couples counseling at her practice as well.

Lopane has presented at national conferences and to general audiences speaking on the topics of eating disorders, self-Image, stress, trauma, life and the changing world we live in, self-esteem, identity and transformation, mindfulness, ADHD understanding and awareness, anxiety and depression. Her therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges.
