Second Student At HS In Fairfield County Dies Unexpectedly In Two-Week Span The second Wilton High School student in a two-week span has died unexpectedly, according to Wilton Public Schools Superintendent Kevin Smith.  The unnamed student, died after he was "gravely" wounded around 6 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 2. Police Locate Boy In Wilton After School Threat On Facebook Shows Firearm A Facebook post containing a picture of a young male holding what appeared to be a firearm alongside a threat prompted an investigation in which the boy was quickly located. At approximately 5:45 a.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 15, the Wilton Police Department was notified of the social media post involving a possible school threat.
