Lane Closures Scheduled For I-95 Roadwork In Westchester A series of lane closures have been scheduled for I-95 in Westchester, according to the New York State Thruway Authority. One lane of I-95 northbound and I-287 eastbound will close Friday, Sept. 6 at 10 p.m. until Monday, Sept. 9 at 6 a.m. as road crews install precast pavement slabs as part of the “Last Mile” infrastructure project.
