Uncontrollable Westchester Man Causing Disturbance Caught With Stolen Firearm, Ghost Gun: PD An uncontrollable Yonkers man causing a disturbance at an Old Tappan residence was carrying a stolen firearm, a ghost gun and more, authorities said following his arrest. Miguel DelRosario, 27, was taken into custody by Sgt. Eugene Wilkins and Officer Andrew Kim on Monday evening, Dec. 4, Police Chief Joseph Tracy said.
