New Alert Issued After ATM At Bank In Northern Westchester Compromised By Skimmer, Police Say A police department in Northern Westchester has issued an alert after a new skimming device was found at the same bank that was targeted earlier this year. In Croton-on-Hudson, police are advising that an additional ATM skimmer was located at the Wells Fargo branch on Maple Street on Thursday, April 21.
