Hutchinson River Parkway Double Lane Closure Scheduled The New York State Department of Transportation is warning motorists of the upcoming double-lane closure while crews perform construction activities on the Hutchinson River Parkway, weather permitting. Motorists are advised that the closure is scheduled in the Westchester County town of Scarsdale and city of New Rochelle, southbound on the Hutchinson River Parkway between Exit 20 (NY Route 125, Weaver Street) and Exit 18 (Mill Road), daily Tuesday, Oct. 22 through Thursday, Oct. 24 between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. Traffic will be diverted to the right shoulder.
