Woman Hospitalized After 'Engaging In Dangerous Behavior' In North Castle A woman in an independent living facility was hospitalized in Westchester after “engaging in dangerous behavior.” An employee at a facility on Washington Avenue in White Plains reported to police on Tuesday, Oct. 23 that a resident was acting odd and was potentially off her medication. The employee indicated that the resident was acting dangerously and required police assistance.
