Officer Chases Down Westchester Driver With Illegal Gun, Magazine, Ammo, Police Say A New Jersey police officer chased down a Westchester County driver who was carrying a gun when he bolted during a pre-dawn traffic stop, authorities said. Fairview Officer Sebastian Castano stopped the Toyota Camry on 91st Street and Kennedy Boulevard just over the North Bergen border after the driver was unable to maintain a lane while heading south on Bergen Boulevard, Police Chief Martin Kahn said. BJ’s Will Offer Chainwide Instacart Delivery BJ’s Wholesale Club is making shopping easier for East Coast shoppers, announcing its intention to expand its same-day delivery partnership with Instacart. Officials from the popular retailer announced this week that it will now offer the service to all of its membership clubs no later than the end of April, following a lengthy pilot program at 18 stores in the region, a spokesperson said.
