A DJ is facing consequences after playing music too loudly at a Hudson Valley residence being used as an Airbnb, authorities announced. The incident happened on Monday, Dec. 16, when Putnam County Sheriff's deputies were dispatched to a residence on Lake Drive in Putnam Valley around 7:45 a.m. after receiving reports of loud music, according to the Sheriff's Office. Apartment Superintendent Sentenced For Assaulting Tenant With Axe In Westchester
A former apartment building supervisor from Westchester County is heading to prison for attacking a tenant with an axe. Anan Badan swung the an at the victim in Yonkers in November 2020, according to Westchester County District Attorney Miriam Roach. Badan, age 59, of Yonkers, was sentenced to three years behind bars Thursday, April 28, after a jury convicted him of felony assault and criminal possession of a weapon. Westchester Teens Become Combative, Physical With Police Breaking Up Party
A group of potentially intoxicated teenagers became “combative” with police who attempted to break up a house party in Westchester following multiple noise complaints over the weekend. Shortly before 10:30 p.m. on Saturday night, officers were dispatched to a Berkeley Road home in Scarsdale, following reports of a noise complaint.
