In the Hudson Valley, the average seven-day positivity rate rose again, from 4.62 percent on Monday, March 22, to 4.82 percent on Thursday, March 25, the highest in the state ahead of Long Island (4.34 percent) and New York City (4.18 percent).  Statewide, the infection rate held steady at 3.37 percent for the second straight day.
