Drunk Driver Caught At Train Station After Head-On Hit-Run Crash In Westchester: Police A 35-year-old alleged drunk driver from Connecticut was apprehended while waiting for a train following a head-on crash in Westchester County from which he fled the scene, police said.  Fairfield County resident Rogelio Salamanca-Lopez of Stamford was arrested on Wednesday, Sept. 4 in connection with a crash that happened just before 8 p.m. on the same day in New Rochelle, according to New Rochelle Police Captain J. Man Nabbed After Punching Victim In Face At Train Station In Westchester: Police A 41-year-old man faces assault charges for punching a victim in the face after asking him if he had money at a Westchester train station, police said.  Mount Vernon resident Troy Williams was arrested on Tuesday, Feb. 20 in connection with an incident that happened earlier on the same day at the New Rochelle Train Station, according to New Rochelle Police.
