Man Nabbed After Punching Victim In Face At Train Station In Westchester: Police A 41-year-old man faces assault charges for punching a victim in the face after asking him if he had money at a Westchester train station, police said.  Mount Vernon resident Troy Williams was arrested on Tuesday, Feb. 20 in connection with an incident that happened earlier on the same day at the New Rochelle Train Station, according to New Rochelle Police.
