Car Crashes Into Scaffolding At Apartment Complex In Westchester (Developing) Firefighters and emergency responders raced to an apartment building in Westchester after a vehicle collided with scaffolding near an entrance.  The incident happened on Monday, Dec. 30 just after noon, when the vehicle crashed into scaffolding at the Faymor Gardens apartment complex in New Rochelle at 140 Pelham Rd., fire buff Domenic Ramacciato told Daily Voice.  The crash caused damage to the scaffolding. ID, Cause Of Death Released Of Man Found In Westchester Park (Update) Police have released more information about a man whose body was found in a public park in Westchester.  The body of South Carolina resident Ian Brown, age 67, was found on Thursday, Dec. 12 at D’Onofrio Park in New Rochelle, New Rochelle Police Captain J.
