Developers from the Cappelli Organization joined New Rochelle city officials this week to break ground on The Standard, a 14-story mixed-use building that will sit on the site of the former Standard Star newspaper. The Standard will span the block between 251 North Avenue and LeCount Place, featuring 112 apartments and an estimated 4,000-square-feet of retail space on the ground level. Three Teens Charged After Large Fight Breaks Out In Westchester Three teens are facing charges after police broke up a large fight Saturday night at New Roc City in New Rochelle. New Rochelle Police officers responded to the Sky Zone in New Roc City on a report of a large altercation at approximately 11 p.m. on Saturday. Upon arrival, officers observed a large disorderly crowd, many of whom were fighting, New Rochelle Police said.  The officers were able to disperse the group from the Sky Zone, but many in the group congregated in the courtyard of New Roc City, where several more altercations ensued, according to police.
