Westchester IDA To Consider Incentives For $1B In New Projects The Westchester County Industrial Development Agency is considering granting a series of incentives for three large-scale projects throughout Downtown White Plains that would result in more than $1.2 billion in new developments, as discussed on Friday, March 29.
