Five Guys Location In Area Abruptly Closes For Remodel
A popular Hudson Valley burger spot unexpectedly closed its doors without warning for a remodel. The Five Guys location on Route 9 in Poughkeepsie will be temporarily closed for renovations, though the location in Fishkill further down the roadway will remain open for the time being. As of this week, the windows at Five Guys have been covered, with large signs promoting their re-opening, “soon.” Legal permits from several departments are also posted on the front door near the “re-opening soon” signs. Five Guys Shuts Fort Lee Store
Five Guys has closed its Fort Lee location, BoozyBurbs reports. The Lemoine Avenue storefront has been emptied and shut presumably for good, the article says. The chain has several other locations in Bergen County -- the Hackensack store recently underwent a renovation.
