Schools Searched In Hudson Valley After Accidental Alarm Activation: Police Several school buildings in the Hudson Valley were searched following the accidental activation of an alarm, police said. Report Of Shots Fired Causes HS To Be Placed On Lockdown In Northern Westchester: Police A high school in Northern Westchester was placed on lockdown and inspected by authorities after a complaint of shots fired was reported, police said.  The incident happened at 8 a.m. at Horace Greeley High School in Chappaqua when New Castle Police responded to an anonymous complaint of shots fired. Woman Who Repeatedly Called 911 Becomes Belligerent With Officers, New Canaan PD Says A woman who called 911 five times in less than an hour became belligerent when responding officers performed a welfare check in New Canaan, police said. Police responded on Thursday, Nov. 14 at about 11:15 p.m. Madeleine Arnheim, 47, called 911 five times between 11:06 p.m. and 12:11 a.m. Friday, Nov. 15, according to New Canaan Police. Knapp, who police say screamed at the officers when they arrived, was taken into custody and charged with disorderly contact and misuse of 911/false alarm. She is due in court on Tuesday, Nov. 26.
