Photos: Two Rescued From Capsized Boat In Area Lake All hands were on deck to rescue a pair of boaters who capsized in an area lake. First responders in Putnam County from the Mahopac and Mahopac Falls Fire Department and Carmel Police Department were dispatched to Dixon Lake at approximately 11:40 a.m. on Tuesday, April 28 in Mahopac, where there was a report of an overturned boat.
