Woman Who Drove Drunk In Westchester Had BAC Three Times Legal Limit, Police Say A 35-year-old woman has been charged after police say she drove drunk in Westchester with a BAC three times the legal limit. New York State Police say they stopped a driver for a violation on I-287 in the town of Rye on Wednesday, Sept. 25 around 2:10 a.m. Further investigation revealed that the driver, identified as Jessica LaFrance, 35, of Derry, New Hampshire, was found to be intoxicated, according to police. Dancing Program Founder, Former Ridgefield Resident Joan MacDonald, Ex-Rockette, Dies The founder of a popular long-running dance program for kids and adults in Ridgefield has died. Joan Elizabeth (Seyfried) MacDonald, 87, formerly of Ridgefield, died Friday, May 24 at Filosa Nursing and Rehabilitation in Danbury, after an eight-year struggle with dementia. She was born in Washington, D.C., on Dec. 14, 1931 to Oscar and Evelyn (Robert) Seyfried.
