Yorktown Police say they responded to Kmart (355 Downing Drive) on a report of a larceny on Tuesday, Sept. 24 around 6 p.m.
Further investigation revealed that Cathleen Greico, 69, of Yorktown Heights stole assorted merchandise valuing $333.48 from the store, according to police.
Greico was arrested and charged with petit larceny, a Class A misdemeanor. She was released on her own recognizance and is scheduled to appear in Yorktown Justice Court on Thursday, Oct. 24.
