Firefighters Battle Blaze At Goldens Bridge Residence

GOLDENS BRIDGE, N.Y. -- Firefighters from Northern Westchester and Putnam counties battled a residential blaze in Goldens Bridge on Wednesday, according to LoHud.com.

The fire, which has been controlled, was reported around 11 a.m. Authorities said it started in the single-family house's basement but spread to other areas, LoHud.com reported.

One firefighter was treated for a minor injury, LoHud.com said.
