SOUTH SALEM, N.Y. – The Wolf Conservation Center in South Salem will host Chris Evers, the director and founder of Animal Embassy who will provide a look at the varied wildlife of South America on Saturday at 3 p.m.

Attendees will meet a variety of South American animal ambassadors that reflect the diversity of life on Earth. Guests can also visit the WCC’s ambassador wolves as well as the critically endangered red wolves and Mexican gray wolves. Pre-registration is required. After the program, attendees can make their way to The Horse & Hound Inn for an authentic Brazilian dinner created in conjunction with Brazilian Adventure program. Dinner will be served from 5 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. The Horse & Hound Inn is also located in South Salem.
