The project, Wilder Balter, would comprise 46 units of affordable housing in Goldens Bridge on three parcels of land, that due to a recent change in Lewisboro's zoning laws, became eligible for multi-housing, the Lewisboro Ledger said.

The residents are questioning the environmental impacts, the burden on the school district, as well many voicing that Goldens Bridge is being “dumped on” with the most affordable housing in town, said the Lewisboro Ledger.

The Goldens Bridge Hamlet Organization has asked its members to attend another forum on Wednesday, March 9, at which officials from the Town Board, the Planning Board and Wilder Balter representatives are scheduled to attend, added the Lewisboro Ledger.
