Police Seek Man for Violating Order of Protection

LEWISBORO, N.Y. – Police are searching for a man after he allegedly violated an order of protection by driving onto the grounds of the Four Winds Hospital.

Lewisboro police were called to the hospital on Friday, Nov. 18, where a nursing supervisor told them that an employee observed Daniel Madina parked on the grounds at 8:30 p.m. the night before.  Madina had been arrested on Nov. 11 for allegedly trying to run over a doctor at the hospital with a car and then hit him with a baseball bat. An order of protection was issued against Madina to stay away from the doctor and the hospital.

The state police were contacted and completed a report for an arrest for violation of an order of protection. A copy of the order and a description of Medina, as well as his vehicle, were given to Lewisboro police officers for patrol.
