Lewisboro Lifts State Of Emergency; Town Roads Passable

LEWISBORO, N.Y. – The state of emergency in Lewisboro will be lifted at 3 p.m. Saturday, Town Supervisor Peter Parsons announced. The driving ban on local roads is also being rescinded. 

Parsons had declared the state of emergency and driving ban Friday because of Winter Storm Nemo.

“All roads in Lewisboro are now passable, but please drive with caution,” Parsons said Saturday.

The town's nonemergency 24-hour live Information line will remain operational until noon Sunday. Residents can call 914-977-8043.
