Residents can head to the farmers market in the morning for organic coffee, food samples and fresh baked goods from regional artisan bakers during the day on Saturday. The Lewisboro Library will screen "Chasing Ice" at 7 p.m., Saturday. The film is part of the Lewisboro Environmental Film & Discussion Series

"'Chasing Ice' is the story of one man’s mission to change history by gathering undeniable evidence of our changing planet," representatives said. "Photographer James Balog deployed time-lapse cameras across the brutal Arctic to capture a multi-year record of the world’s changing glaciers. His videos compress years into seconds and capture ancient mountains of ice in motion as they disappear at a breathtaking rate."

The program comes from the Lewisboro Sustainability Committee and is sponsored by Ring's End Lumber and Gossett's Winter Farmer's Market and Energize Lewisboro.

There is a suggested donation of $5 per person, or $10 per family. Residents can register by calling the library at 914-763-3857 or sending an email to lewisborolibrary@gmail.com
