To the Editor,
I am writing in support of Janet Donohue as candidate for town clerk of Lewisboro.
I have known Janet for eight years as fellow parent, friend, and community member.
Cheerful and warm, Janet makes a significant impression on all she meets. Her positive outlook is what we need in this busy town. Janet approaches each task with care and intelligence. Many people find her dedication to this community very impressive. Whether it is volunteering in our schools or working for the Lions Club, there are few days she is not entrenched in various local events.
Janet balances her busy calendar with her role as mother very well. She has taken on the position as interim town clerk with poise and efficiency. Her rare ability to reach out needs to be acknowledged for the sake of Lewisboro.
