Letter: Come Out To The Lewisboro Library Fair On Saturday

To the Editor:

A sure sign that fall has arrived in Lewisboro is this weekend’s Library Fair. The Lewisboro Library Fair is one of the few events held in our town each year that brings our entire community together for a day of fun.

Looking for something to read over the long winter? There’s always a great selection of used books to browse through. Need something to keep the kids or grandchildren happy? Well, there are more toys and games for sale than can fit in Santa’s sled.  And for the Indiana Jones treasure hunter, there is a huge barn stuffed full of goodies just waiting to be re-discovered!

Add to that great food, a car show, silent auction, bake sale, local vendors, and live music and you have the recipe for a day you and your family will not soon forget!

I want to thank the Library Board and all of the volunteers who work so hard each year to put this fantastic event together for our town to enjoy.  And let’s not forget that all the proceeds go to a great cause.
