Kevin Piro Named Vista Fire Department's 'Rookie Of The Year'
VISTA, N.Y. -- During the Vista Fire Department's monthly meeting on Monday, Foreman Kevin Piro of the Vista Fire Department would be receiving the 2014-15 deparment's Rookie of the Year award.
Kevin Piro is foreman of Ambulance 22.
