A serious crash involving a car and motorcycle that initially blocked the right lane on a stretch of southbound I-95 in Rye has been cleared.

The crash, reported at 12:30 p.m., occurred at Boston Post Road (Route 1/Exit 20), with stop-and-go delays to Midland Avenue (Exit 22).
