Parent Charged After Police Break Up Underage Drinking Party In Westchester A 48-year-old parent has been charged after police broke up an underage drinking party in Northern Westchester. Police received a complaint about the party at a home on Cartway Lane East in Bedford Village just before 11 p.m. Saturday, March 23. Responding officers discovered numerous youths under age 21, including an extremely intoxicated 17-year-old boy, Bedford Police said.
