Person Hospitalized After Car Rollover In Westchester
A person was sent to a hospital after becoming trapped in a rolled-over car in Northern Westchester. The incident happened on Friday, Sept. 15 around 7:40 a.m., when firefighters responded to a rolled-over vehicle in a driveway on West Mount Airy Road in Cortlandt. According to the Croton-on-Hudson Fire Department, arriving crews helped the trapped driver out of the flipped car and brought them into the care of first responders. Person Hospitalized After Car Pinned Under Another In Westchester Crash
One person was sent to a hospital after a two-car crash in Northern Westchester. The accident happened on Tuesday, Jan. 24 around 6 p.m., when firefighters responded to an accident in Cortlandt on West Mount Airy Road, according to the Croton-on-Hudson Fire Department. After arriving at the scene of the crash, firefighters found one car pinned under the other and used a grip hoist to pull back the bottom car to allow the vehicle on top to rest on the ground again. One man was killed, and a second hospitalized in a one-vehicle crash in Northern Westchester when the driver lost control of his vehicle, police announced.
