Westchester HS Football Golden Dozen Scholar-Athlete Team Unveiled The Westchester Chapter of the National Football Foundation and Hall of Fame has cited varsity football standouts for both athletic and academic excellence with its Scholar-Athlete or "Golden Dozen" team.
