Man Caught With Pound Of Cocaine In I-87 Stop, Police Say A 26-year-old man is behind bars after being caught with more than a pound of cocaine during a stop late Wednesday night on I-87 in Woodbury. State Police stopped the vehicle for a traffic violation just after 10 p.m. During the interview of the driver, probable cause to search the vehicle and its occupants was established, state police said. The driver of the vehicle, Alexander Zapata of the Bronx was found to be in possession of over one pound of powder cocaine.
