The incident happened at about 3 a.m. on Sunday, Nov. 24, when troopers in Rockland County patrolling the Ramapo Service Area observed a 2017 Nissan pickup truck parked with its headlights on. Rollover Crash Victim From Westchester Rescued From Car, Then Nabbed For Drunk Driving: Police Several people were nabbed on drunk driving charges in the Hudson Valley over the holiday weekend, including a Westchester woman rescued from a rolled-over car and a taxi driver, police said. Ticket-Fixing Scandal: Officials Call For Councilman's Resignation In Westchester City officials in Northern Westchester are calling for the resignation of a councilman who allegedly used his close relationship with a judge to get his friend out of a traffic ticket.  In a statement released on Tuesday, Sept. 24, Peekskill Mayor Vivian McKenzie said the majority of the city's Common Council believes that Councilman Ramon Fernandez should resign from his position following his alleged conduct with embattled Peekskill City Court Judge Reginald J.
