Tractor-Trailer Driver Injured After Hitting Another Truck In Westchester A tractor-trailer driver was injured after hitting another tractor-trailer parked on the side of a stretch of the New York State Thruway in Westchester. The incident took place around 1 a.m., Sunday, Dec. 13, in Yonkers, said the New York State Police. According to the state police, the injured driver, who had been extricated, was traveling northbound on I-87 in Yonkers when the vehicle hit another tractor-trailer parked on the shoulder.
