Traffic Stop Results In Drug Charges For Westchester Man, Woman A Route 22 stop in Putnam County resulted in separate drug-related charges for a man and woman from Northern Westchester. At approximately 7:10 p.m. Saturday, April 6, Putnam County Sheriff's Deputy Christopher Irwin observed a vehicle commit traffic violations on Route 22 in  Southeast, Putnam County Sheriff Robert L. Langley Jr. said. After a traffic stop of the vehicle, a subsequent investigation revealed that the vehicle’s driver, Michael Conti, 31, of Peekskill, was allegedly impaired by a drug, Langley said.
