Traffic Stop Results In Drug Charges For Westchester Man, Woman A Route 22 stop in Putnam County resulted in separate drug-related charges for a man and woman from Northern Westchester. At approximately 7:10 p.m. Saturday, April 6, Putnam County Sheriff's Deputy Christopher Irwin observed a vehicle commit traffic violations on Route 22 in  Southeast, Putnam County Sheriff Robert L. Suspect Wanted For Sexual Abuse On The Loose, State Police Say State Police investigators are seeking the public’s assistance as they search for a wanted man who allegedly sexually assaulted someone and failed to appear for court proceedings. New York State Police issued an alert on Wednesday regarding 50-year-old Richard Addai, who is wanted in Somers and Brewster for a first-degree sexual abuse charge stemming from a sexual offense that took place in February 2006.
