John F. Mahoney of Hartsdale was charged with computer tampering (a Class E felony), computer trespass (also a Class E felony), and aggravated harassment, a Class A misdemeanor. John Lamson was observed by a concerned citizen walking in the vicinity of the BP Gas Station, 190 Aqueduct Road in White Plains at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 6 in the Town of Greenburgh, Greenburgh Police said.
