Woman Rescued From Water Under Dock On Hudson River In Westchester Thanks to quick action from police and first responders, a woman was rescued from the Hudson River after jumping from a pier in Westchester.  The incident happened on Wednesday evening, March 27, when a woman jumped from a pier in the downtown waterfront area of Yonkers.
