Police in Westchester are investigating a claim that a middle school student was sexually abused by a security guard. Investigators at the New Rochelle Police Department were notified last week of an Albert Leonard Middle School student who alleges that a security guard was involved in a sexual abuse incident. Have you seen him? Police in Yonkers have issued an alert for a wanted man living in the city who failed to register as a sex offender. On Wednesday, the Yonkers Police Warrant Squad released an alert regarding 58-year-old Donald Tomlinson, whose last known address was on Western Avenue. A former head cook at the Taconic Correctional Facility in Bedford Hills has admitted to sexually abusing an inmate at the complex. Garth Trail, 62, has pleaded guilty to one felony count of criminal sexual acts in Westchester County Court for engaging in a sexual act with an inmate on Sept. 27 last year. While children are tricking and treating throughout Westchester, area sex offenders on probation will be off the streets this Halloween.
