A gun-wielding Westchester man out on bail for a previous weapons charge was taken into police custody after allegedly menacing and making threats toward a neighbor with a handgun, authorities announced.
In Port Chester, police received a complaint at approximately 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, March 30, from a man who said that during the course of a confrontation with a person known to him, a handgun was displayed and threats were made.

Car Thief Nabbed Following Chase, Crash In Harrison, Police Say
A 34-year-old man was arrested in an alleged stolen vehicle after fleeing from Westchester County Police.
Sergio Martinez, of Waterbury, Connecticut, was arrested on Tuesday, Jan. 21, after police received a Real-Time Crime Center report around 2:06 p.m., that a Dodge Charger with stolen license plates was traveling on the Hutchinson River Parkway in Pelham, said Kieran O'Leary, spokesman for the Westchester County Police.
A patrol officer attempted to stop the vehicle in New Rochelle but Martinez refused to pull over, O'Leary said.
