Police In Westchester Investigate Car Stolen From Parking Garage Police are attempting to track down an unidentified suspect who allegedly stole a vehicle out of a Scarsdale parking garage. A woman reported to police on Thursday, July 26 that her car had been stolen from a Popham Road parking garage two days earlier. She said that she had left it at approximately 9 p.m. on July 24, and found it was gone at 10 p.m. the following day when she returned. Police said that the woman had left the keys inside the car for Propark workers, in case they needed to move it to another space in the garage.
