Plan Moves Forward For Luxury Golf Community In Westchester Plans to transform the Hampshire Country Club in Mamaroneck into a luxury residential golf community took another step forward with the close of the public comment period on the Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS).  The Planned Residential Development (PRD), which is before the Village Planning Board for site plan approval, will now move into the Final Environmental Impact Statement (FEIS) stage.
