Hamlet Losing 20K Gallons Of Water Per Day From Unknown Leak In Westchester Officials in a Northern Westchester hamlet are racing to find the location of a water main leak that is causing residents to consume an extra 20,000 gallons of water per day. Kathryn McCarthy, 18, had the "most consistent round of all riders," according to event judge Jeffrey Ayers.  “I went in the ring pretty nervous today because this is only my second Regionals but this horse is really everything I could ever imagine in an equitation horse.
