Westchester County Man Sentenced For Violent 2017 Home Invasion A Hudson Valley man has been sentenced to nine years in prison following a dramatic burglary incident where he and an accomplice posed as FBI agents during a violent home invasion.  Westchester County resident Oscar Castillo, age 37, from Yonkers, was sentenced on Monday, Nov. 18, said Orange County District Attorney David Hoovler. Westchester Man, 22, Caught After Police Chase In Orange County, Police Say A 22-year-old took officers in Orange County on a short chase before being taken into custody, police said. Port Jervis police officers say they attempted to stop Rasheem Edwards, a parolee from Mount Vernon, while he was driving in the area on Friday, Sept. 6, when he committed a violation. Rather than stop, police said that Edwards took off, failing to comply with the officers, taking them on a high-speed chase that led them into several nearby municipalities. Most Wanted Fugitive In Double-Murder Case Caught In Area A 54-year-old man named one of U.S. Marshals’ 15 most wanted fugitives was captured 16 years after he allegedly killed his sister and an ex-girlfriend in New York City. Andre Neverson, 54, was arrested on Tuesday, Sept. 4 after U.S. Marshals and police received information that he was hiding in a house in Bridgeport, authorities said. U.S. Marshals and Bridgeport Police closed in when Neverson was spotted leaving the home. Neverson, a native of Trinidad and Tobago, is accused in the 2002 murders as well as for a parole violation and an illegal entry into the United States, according to the …
