Schools Superintendent In Westchester Out Early, Interim Named New Rochelle Schools Superintendent Brian Osborne is out early, nine months before he was set to step down from his position at the helm of the district. The New Rochelle Board of Education announced that they have reached a separation agreement with Osborne, effective as of Tuesday, Oct. 2.
