Fleeing Burglary Suspects Nabbed In Westchester, Police Say Three burglary suspects arrested as they attempted to flee from police on the Hutchinson River Parkway are being held without bail at the Westchester County Jail. The three were nabbed around 3:15 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 24, after the Rye Brook Police Department broadcast a description of a vehicle wanted in connection with a burglary that had just occurred in the village, said Kieran O'Leary, spokesman for the Westchester County Police.
