Reported Luring Incident In Westchester A Misunderstanding, Police Say A reported luring incident involving a student in Northern Westchester was a misunderstanding, according to officials. Police were notified on Friday, Nov. 2 of a driver in a dark-colored SUV who allegedly attempted to make contact with a Fox Lane Middle School student near the intersection of Parkview Place and Lafayette Street in Mount Kisco at about 3 p.m.  The incident led to an increased police presence near the school, following a request from Bedford Schools Superintendent Christopher Manno.
